    Creating your first blog inside Blog Beaver is designed to be fast, simple and surprisingly enjoyable.

    By the time you finish the onboarding process, Blog Beaver already has a strong understanding of your business, your tone of voice and the type of content your audience is looking for. That means you are not starting from scratch every time you create a new article.

    To begin, click the “Write Blog” button directly underneath Blog Beaver’s face on the home screen.

    This takes you into the blog title generation system, which is where Blog Beaver starts doing the heavy lifting for you.

    The platform will crawl your website alongside competitor websites and wider search data to understand what people are actively searching for online. It analyses both traditional search trends and AI-powered search behaviour to identify topics that have strong visibility potential.

    In simple terms, Blog Beaver is trying to answer one important question.

    “What content should your business be publishing right now?”

    Once the research is complete, the system will generate 12 suggested blog titles based on current search opportunities, competitor gaps and trending customer questions.

    These titles are designed to help your business improve visibility across Google, ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity and other AI-driven search experiences.

    When the titles appear, you have a few options.

    If you like a title and want to create the article immediately, simply click the Generate icon on the right-hand side.

    If you like the idea but want to save it for later, add it to your Ideas Folder by clicking the icon on the left hand side.

    Think of the Ideas Folder as your personal content storage system. It allows you to build a bank of future blog ideas and white paper topics that you can revisit whenever you are ready to create content.

    There is no limit to how many ideas you can save.

    If none of the suggested titles feel quite right, you can regenerate the list instantly to receive new ideas. You can also create your own custom title by clicking the “Write Your Own Title” button in the bottom right-hand corner of the screen.

    Once you have selected your title, the next stage becomes incredibly important.

    This is where Blog Beaver gives your content personality.

    Before generating the article, the platform will ask for your own take on the subject. This could be your opinion, your perspective, a customer story, an observation about the industry or simply your thoughts on the topic.

    This step helps transform the article from generic information into something that feels genuinely human and connected to your brand.

    You can either type your response into the text box or tap to record your voice directly into Blog Beaver.

    Do not overthink this part.

    You are not being judged on grammar, presentation or whether you sound polished. What matters most is the emotion, tone and sentiment behind what you say. Blog Beaver uses this information to make the final article sound more like you.

    If you make a mistake, no problem.

    You can easily stop, restart or re-record your response at any point.

    Once you are happy, click the generate button on the right-hand side and Blog Beaver will begin creating your article.

    Blog generation typically takes around one minute.

    When the article is complete, you will be presented with a full content pack ready for publishing.

    This includes your page title, blog copy, headings, paragraph structure, SEO metadata, meta descriptions, meta keywords and schema markup language that can be added directly into platforms such as WordPress.
