Cancelling Your Subscription
You can cancel your subscription at any time from within the platform.
To do this:
- Log in to Growth Gorilla and friends.
- Click Menu.
- Select Settings.
- Open Subscriptions.
- Click Cancel Subscription.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm your cancellation.
Once your cancellation has been confirmed, your subscription will not renew at the end of your current subscription term.
Before You Cancel
If you’re cancelling because you’re not getting the results you expected, or you’re unsure how to get the most from the platform, we’d love the opportunity to help.
Our support team can:
- Help you get more value from the platform.
- Answer questions about any of the AI allies.
- Recommend the most suitable subscription for your business.
- Assist with onboarding or technical issues.
- Help optimise your marketing strategy.
In many cases, a short conversation can help you unlock features you may not yet have discovered.

- Visit the Growth Gorilla website.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page.
- Click Growth Gorilla Support.
- In the Help Centre, click Contact Support.
- Submit a support ticket and a member of our team will get back to you as soon as possible.
We’re always happy to answer questions or help you get the best possible results from Growth Gorilla and friends.
Important Information
Please note that Growth Gorilla and friends subscriptions are provided on a 12-month auto-renewing term.
If you cancel your subscription:
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current subscription period.
- You will continue to have access to the platform for the remainder of your subscription term.
- Your subscription will not renew once your current term expires.
