Upgrading Your Plan
To upgrade your subscription:
- Log in to Growth Gorilla and friends.
- Click Menu.
- Select Settings.
- Open Subscriptions.
- Click See All Plans.
- Choose the plan or add-on you’d like to purchase and follow the on-screen instructions.
Your upgraded plan will give you immediate access to any additional features and AI allies included in your new subscription.
Concierge Services
In addition to our AI-powered platform, we offer a range of Concierge Services for businesses that would like extra support from our marketing team.
Depending on your chosen package, these services can include:
- Uploading blog content to your website
- Managing your social media publishing
- Monthly marketing review and strategy calls
- Technical SEO recommendations
- A fully managed digital marketing service
Our Concierge Services are designed to complement the platform, giving you the flexibility to choose between doing the work yourself or having our team manage it for you.
Additional Support Services
We also offer a selection of one-off professional services, including:
- Google Analytics setup and configuration
- Google Search Console setup
- Technical website health improvements
- Website performance and SEO implementation
- Marketing consultancy and onboarding support
These services can be purchased separately and are ideal if you need help getting the most from the platform.
Billing
Any new subscription, add-on or Concierge Service will be added to your account and billed in accordance with your subscription agreement.
Where applicable:
- Concierge Services are billed as part of your monthly subscription.
- One-off professional services are charged separately.
- Subscription upgrades are subject to your current subscription terms.
